Part livery is available on a family-run farm in Chaldon, Surrey. The location is perfectly placed along the North Downs Way, offering immediate access to off-road riding and a variety of bridleways. Several local show centres can be reached within a 30-minute drive. All stables are housed indoors and feature rubber matting for comfort. There is an indoor area designated for tying up horses for the farrier, along with a secure tack room, CCTV, a toilet, and facilities for tea and coffee. We provide home-produced hay and haylage, and various types of bedding are available on-site. Horses enjoy year-round turnout on quality grazing within a small herd, with overnight turnout during the summer months. The facility includes a 20 x 40 floodlit arena with a combi-ride surface, and jumps are available for use. Owners are welcome to bring their own instructors, vets, and farriers.
