We provide a distinctive opportunity for grass livery, complete with amenities such as a riding school, emergency stables, and various features typical of a well-equipped yard. Each paddock is fitted with mud control slabs and either shelters or natural cover, allowing horses to access hardstanding during winter and remain outdoors around the clock. We offer both herd and individual turnout options. Our fields are relatively small, averaging about 1.5 acres, making them ideal for ponies, smaller horses, or those requiring grass restrictions. We strive to keep our ponies in as natural an environment as possible. Tenants are welcome to create their own tracks within the fields to enhance movement and minimise the risk of laminitis. While our yard primarily operates on a DIY basis, we can tailor our services to meet your specific requirements if needed. We have extensive experience with older and special needs ponies. Our location is conveniently situated between Portsmouth and Chichester on North Hayling, close to the bridge. Currently, we have a spacious field available for up to three horses, as well as a smaller paddock featuring custom-built stables suitable for ponies up to 12hh. There is direct access to stunning off-road riding, with no road work necessary. Beach access is also available with minimal road use. Year-round turnout is encouraged, although stables can be provided. We offer 12x10 stables, a floodlit riding school, a secure tack room, individual storage, parking for lorries and trailers, toilets, and a tea room. Our premises are monitored by 24-hour CCTV, and we use mains-operated permanent electric fencing. References will be required.
