We operate a charming, family-owned livery yard situated near King’s Lynn on the A10 in West Winch. We offer both DIY and assisted livery options. Our main yard boasts the following facilities: - Spacious 12×12 stables alongside well-kept summer and winter paddocks - A floodlit, all-weather arena featuring a complete set of jumps, along with an indoor viewing area - A secure tack room equipped with a toilet and kitchen facilities - A small cross-country course perfect for training purposes - Accessible off-road and on-road riding trails - CCTV surveillance with the owners residing on-site - On-site provision of hay and straw - Complimentary monthly veterinary visits - Discounts available at a nearby equestrian shop - Trailer hire options, and the opportunity to join group outings to shows - A range of competition and training venues within a 30-minute drive - A beach located just 15 miles away - We organise group rides, trips to the woods and beach, and various social events throughout the year The cost for DIY livery is £37.80 per week. Our assisted livery service operates on a pay-as-you-go basis with competitive prices; please contact us for further information. Additionally, we offer DIY grass livery just around the corner from the main yard (a two-minute drive or a 15-minute hack), which includes: - Field access only – you may bring your own shelter, but there is also woodland at the back providing excellent shade and shelter - An easy route to the main yard for hacking, taking approximately 15 minutes - Complimentary use of the main yard facilities - Water supply available and hay delivery can be arranged The cost for grass livery is £17.30 per week.
