A charming and intimate private livery yard, overseen by an owner who resides just opposite and can easily observe the paddocks. The paddock area features a track system, partially surfaced, with plenty of hedgerows for the horses to browse. There is also a surfaced space designated for hay stations, making it ideal for laminitic or EMS horses, as well as for providing mental stimulation to both younger and older ponies. Stabling is available if required. Excellent hacking opportunities can be found in the nearby woodlands. The facility includes a 40x20 sand and rubber ménage equipped with lighting, along with separate tack and feed rooms. Spaces for full, five-day part, or assisted livery are currently available.
