We currently have openings for DIY and assisted DIY liveries, as well as grass liveries. All of our facilities are set in a tranquil and natural environment spread over more than 20 acres. This idyllic setting is perfect for happy hackers, good doers, and both semi-retired and retired horses, though we welcome all types. We are keen to find relaxed, like-minded horse owners and their equine companions to join our small, friendly, and recently refurbished yard. The yard is easily accessible in all weather conditions, and the owner maintains four horses in an adjoining yard. Located on a private residential road, the yard is just a ten-minute ride from Ashtead and Epsom Common, boasting excellent all-year-round hacking opportunities. For those wishing to venture further, Horton Country Park, Epsom Downs, Headley, and Mickleham are all within reach, or you might enjoy a ride across Epsom Common to the pub for a quick drink and light lunch. Our stables and field shelters are bright and airy, all in immaculate condition. We manage approximately 20 acres of well-kept and rotated paddocks, complete with ample natural shelter and hedgerows for foraging. The tack room is equipped with an alarm, a kitchenette for tea-making, designated storage, and a sheltered seating area for relaxation. Additional amenities include parking, and hay is produced on-site. We encourage our DIY livery clients to assist one another, but if that isn’t your preference, help is readily available on weekdays should you require it. If this sounds like the ideal setting for you and your horse and you would like further details, please do not hesitate to contact Jenny at 07973 458560.
