Thatchers Farm in Roxwell provides both full and part livery services exclusively. We recognise that each horse has its own unique needs, and we tailor our offerings accordingly. We offer four distinct packages: the full livery option with limited hay and straw, ideal for smaller horses or those prone to laminitis, priced at £608 per month; a full livery package with unlimited hay and straw at £634 per month; a platinum package designed for horses needing mud boots, stable bandages, and an ongoing supply of rug changes, available for £660 per month; and part livery at £556, which includes weekday care with DIY options on weekends and additional services if required. Our turnout is available year-round, though during winter it is limited to half days. In summer, owners can choose from daytime, overnight, or 24/7 turnout, either individually or in small groups based on owner preference and suitable companions. Our fields remain open throughout winter.We have a 20x40 floodlit arena featuring training mirrors and a sound system, which has never flooded or frozen during our time here. Facilities include a WC, a tea room, secure lorry parking, and an alarmed tack room. There are extensive off-road hacking routes available, including small cross-country jumps, and we welcome all instructors, vets, and farriers. Please note that we do not allow dogs due to a particularly assertive cat. While there are no young children on the premises, we are child-friendly as long as they are supervised at all times. Our yard is quiet and consists of just 12 liveries, fostering a friendly and supportive community.
