Venue Description:

South West Equine Livery is a family-owned enterprise that focuses on Retirement Livery and equine Rest & Recuperation (R&R). Situated in the picturesque Blackdown Hills of Somerset, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, we enjoy excellent access to the M5 and A303. Many of the horses entrusted to us come from competitive or racing backgrounds, necessitating skilled handling and specialised knowledge. We recognise that each horse possesses its own unique personality and temperament, which is why we are dedicated to offering personalised palliative care and the attention that our clients’ horses rightly deserve. Our experienced team delivers exceptional service, collaborating closely with our qualified vets, equine dentist, and farrier. Among our staff are a former UK Eventing Chef d’Equipe and seasoned riders with both national and international experience, including a current racing stud manager and a private competition yard manager.
