Ross Dhu Equestrian Ltd serves as the home for Morag and Mark Higgins. The yard features exceptional livery facilities designed for both horses and their owners. Constructed from the ground up, Ross Dhu has been thoughtfully designed with the horse's welfare in mind, blending traditional and modern stabling solutions. Livery clients benefit from a range of amenities, including a newly built indoor arena, an outdoor arena, hot wash facilities, and a comfortable client room, among others. The idyllic countryside setting provides excellent hacking opportunities, free from public roads. Our fields offer ample grazing space, allowing horses to roam and play freely. In addition to standard summer and winter livery packages, we provide a full range of services, from backing young horses to addressing remedial issues. Morag and Mark Higgins have developed their own training approach, drawing upon the principles and techniques of horse care established by Mark Rashid. They collaborate closely to foster trust between horses and their owners while training apprentices and students through their Government Recognised Equestrian Qualification System, Equido.
