Rollestone Farm is a contemporary livery yard located on the outskirts of Exeter, a mere five minutes from Exeter University. The facilities include beautifully constructed brick stables equipped with rubber matting, a 30m x 60m outdoor arena with excellent drainage, and cross-country fences ranging from 60cm to 90cm. Additionally, there is a covered wash box, off-road hacking available during the summer months around the Rollestone Estate, and a variety of livery care packages. The yard is managed by a full-time groom and manager, and features a heated common room with a kitchen and communal space, as well as toilet and shower facilities, and a secure tack room. Regular clinics and training sessions are organised, and the arena and show jumps can be rented by pony clubs, riding clubs, and schools for training purposes. Rollestone Farm prides itself on being a friendly and professional environment, fostering a relaxed atmosphere that both horses and their owners appreciate. Despite accommodating a considerable number of liveries, there is a strong sense of community and support that is often lacking in larger establishments. From nervous beginners to enthusiastic leisure riders and competitive equestrians, everyone is encouraged to enjoy their horses in their own unique manner, and this diversity is not only accepted but celebrated at Rollestone.
