Pear Tree Farm is a charming, privately owned yard situated in a picturesque rural area, surrounded by serene countryside. Nestled in the heart of South Cheshire’s hunting region and conveniently located near various equestrian centres—just 20 minutes from Kelsall Hill and Southview Tushingham, and a mere 10 minutes from Reasheath—it provides an ideal base for training and competitions. Even the most nervous horses soon adapt to the peaceful environment and routine. The facility accommodates a maximum of 10 horses.The horses enjoy spacious, well-ventilated stables fitted with rubber mats within a Dutch barn. We provide year-round turnout options, whether in groups, pairs, or individually. On-site instruction is available from a qualified instructor with over 30 years of competitive experience, and external instructors are also welcome. We offer both full and assisted livery at competitive rates, and we are flexible to cater to various needs, including retirement, rehabilitation, or holiday livery.The farm features a floodlit riding school, tranquil hacking routes, two secure tack rooms, and 24-hour surveillance, with the owners residing on-site.
