The establishment is conveniently located midway between Lincoln and Newark, just two minutes from the A46, and easily accessible to various competition venues. There are excellent hacking opportunities, including private off-road routes along tracks and grassy margins. The DIY package is £152 per month, which encompasses a stable, paddock, and access to facilities. During winter, from Monday to Friday, the service includes bringing horses in and feeding them in the morning and evening (feed must be supplied by the owner). The Assisted DIY option is £192 per month and includes the same features, with the added benefit of turnout, fetching in, and feeding during the winter weekdays (again, feed is to be provided by the owner). In the summer months, a daily field inspection is conducted from Monday to Friday. The facilities available include individual or group paddocks, year-round turnout during summer, compulsory stabling overnight in winter, water supply to all stables, an outdoor floodlit fibre school, a feedroom, and dedicated storage space for hay and bedding.
