Newbridge Stables, a family-run livery yard, has proudly served the Dumfries area of Scotland for over 35 years. Nestled within 55 acres, it boasts two arenas—one indoor, equipped with floodlights, and one outdoor, featuring an assortment of jumps and poles. We offer a variety of livery options, including DIY, assisted, and full livery, although riding packages are not available. Newbridge welcomes equestrians of all ages and skill levels, from leisurely riders to serious competitors. Horses can enjoy 24/7 turnout from March to November, and will be stabled overnight during the winter months. We also have a highly experienced instructor who visits a few times a week for lessons and schooling, and livery clients are welcome to arrange their own instructors as well. In the summer, we host riding clinics with various trainers for our liveries. Hay and haylage are sourced on-site, and trailer packing services are also available.
