‘New Hatches’ provides a range of livery, fitness, holiday, and rehabilitation packages, all designed to meet the specific needs of your horse, supported by modern facilities and exceptional care. Our dedicated and knowledgeable team boasts over 80 years of experience in the equestrian field, with qualifications from BHS, complementary therapies, and remedial farriery. Each member has achieved success in international competitions. We offer both 5 and 7-day part livery as well as DIY assisted livery options. Our rehabilitation barn is equipped for recovery, fitness, and holiday care. We have expanded our services to include young stock livery, with a 12-acre paddock divided into separate areas for colts and fillies, each featuring a field shelter and automatic water troughs. At New Hatches, you will find a 27 x 60 metre sand and fibre Combi-Ride surface arena, a dedicated 20-metre lunge pen, and 60 acres of securely fenced farm track for hacking. There is also quiet access to roads and controlled individual turnout.We offer tailored exercise programmes for specific injuries, alongside a vet inspection area with a concreted strip of approximately a quarter of a mile, which is ideal for trotting in circles. Our facilities include all-weather small turnout pens and various sizes of grass pens for restricted turnout. We maintain strong collaborations with equine osteopaths, masseuses, and practitioners of Bowen Technique. Additionally, we feature a saltwater treadmill and spa, as well as a dedicated veterinary area equipped with stocks, a weighbridge, and a vibrating plate. Treatments and sessions are also available to non-livery clients. Insurance companies recognise the benefits of our saltwater aqua treadmill for hydrotherapy and will cover the costs involved.
