Langley enjoys an elevated position in the landscape, offering a serene and peaceful environment while remaining conveniently located just ten minutes from Junction 6 of the A1M, facilitating easy travel to both the North and South of England. Langley Hill Livery boasts excellent facilities, many of which have been recently upgraded. The yard is a family home dedicated to caring for your horses as if they were their own. The stables, fitted with rubber matting and automatic waterers, cater to your horse’s needs, while the hot water wash down and Drimee ultra pro solarium ensure comfort. We provide thermostatically controlled warm water, keeping both you and your horse cosy during the colder months. Horses enjoy paired turnout in well-drained paddocks equipped with electric fencing, automatic water troughs, metal gated entrances, and CCTV for added security. Our paddocks are meticulously maintained each year, as we believe outdoor grazing is essential for horse welfare. A new 40 x 20 manege was completed in March 2019, featuring post and rail fencing, a silica sand base, and a top surface made of Gtech fibre. Additional amenities include portable floodlights, ample parking, and a set of show jumps. There are extensive opportunities for beautiful hacking throughout Langley and its surrounding villages, accessible via the bridlepath system. We are fortunate to be part of the Bowes Lyon Estate, located near St Paul’s Walden Bury Country House. Facilities also include a heated tack room with a fully furnished kitchen, complete with a dishwasher and washing machine for small laundry items, as well as a newly constructed heated shower room and toilet for the exclusive use of liveries.
