A serene and professional livery yard featuring 12 stables that provide both part and full livery options. Conveniently positioned between Southampton and Portsmouth, we boast a skilled team of grooms adept at handling everything from young foals to competition stallions, adhering to a well-established daily routine to ensure your horse receives exceptional care. Our spacious and airy 12x12 stables are equipped with sealed rubber matting and automatic water drinkers, and the yard is well-illuminated. We have recently installed three new preparation bays, including a solarium bay, a dry preparation bay, and a wash down bay with hot water. All bays are fitted with cross ties, rubber matting, and self-draining features. The secure main tack room offers individual storage for each horse, with additional space in a separate heated rug room. The feed room is equipped with secure storage, and we plan to install an industrial washing machine in the coming months. Our new hay barn keeps hay, haylage, and shavings dry and easily accessible. The kitchen and tearoom provide a pleasant area to unwind after spending time with your horse. Our 20x60m dressage arena, surfaced with silica sand and fibre tech, offers a wonderful riding experience and is well-maintained with summer watering facilities; mirrors will be added soon. There are also three newly constructed woodchip turnout pens. For spring, summer, and autumn, we have 8 acres of fields enclosed with post and rail fencing, meticulously managed and mucked out daily. We can accommodate tailored turnout for individuals, pairs, or mixed groups. Hacking routes are available, including access to the old railway line. The owner resides on-site, and CCTV is in operation throughout the yard. Trailer and box parking can be negotiated.
