John Shaw, an accomplished international show jumper, runs a busy and well-established riding school and livery service. We accommodate riders of all ages, abilities, and experience levels, from novices to seasoned equestrians. Our facility boasts over 30 well-trained horses and ponies, offering a comprehensive selection of riding activities, including both group and individual lessons, show jumping clinics, and advanced training. We provide an all-weather indoor arena with floodlights, complete with a viewing area and refreshments. Additionally, there is a jumping paddock equipped with competition-standard jumps, an outdoor menage, and miles of stunning off-road hacking, with direct access to the Trans Pennine Trail.
