Holme Farm, located on the boundary of Hampshire and West Sussex within the grounds of Stansted Park, has been a small, diversified farm under the stewardship of the Gradidge family since 1983. Approximately 15 minutes from both Portsmouth and Chichester, the farm spans around 160 acres, featuring about 20 acres of woodland, 42 acres dedicated to arable crops, and 98 acres of grassland primarily for horse grazing and hay production. Additionally, there are 50 acres owned by the adjacent Stansted Estate, which is also utilised for hay cultivation. In April 2019, a 20 x 40 outdoor arena was installed, featuring an “all-in-one” Flexiride® surface laid over silica sand.The area boasts excellent off-road riding opportunities along numerous bridleways in Stansted and beyond, requiring only one minor road crossing. The grazing fields are well-maintained, regularly harrowed, and rolled as necessary. The owners reside on-site, ensuring attentive management.
