We are a welcoming and professional yard that provides Assisted DIY, as well as Part and Full livery options. In addition, we offer on-site services for exercise, clipping, bathing, and plaiting. Our facilities include twelve wooden stables measuring 12ft by 12ft and eight American barn stables, all equipped with automatic water drinkers and hay racks. We have 40 acres of secure grazing, fully enclosed with mains electrification, divided into individual paddocks of one acre each, each featuring automatic water troughs. The owner resides on the premises, ensuring 24/7 supervision and CCTV coverage for your peace of mind. The Assisted DIY service includes hay or haylage, straw, and basic hard feed, along with morning turnout from Monday to Friday as standard. Our amenities comprise a floodlit all-weather ménage measuring 20 by 40 metres, a horse walker, a round pen, a grass jumping field (available in summer), a hot horse shower, toilets, showers, a spacious secure tack room, a separate feed room, and ample storage. Nestled in the heart of the Norfolk countryside, we are surrounded by miles of tranquil off-road hacking routes.
