Situated in a picturesque area near Billingshurst in West Sussex, close to the Surrey border, this professional dressage training and livery yard is owned and managed by Paula Sherwood, a registered BHS/BD accredited coach and professional rider. With a successful competition history at the FEI PSG/Inter I level and training experience up to Grand Prix, she offers top-notch facilities and coaching for dressage enthusiasts of all levels. In addition to training, we provide full livery and training/competition livery options, catering to individual needs to help you achieve your goals. Our experienced, qualified staff offer round-the-clock supervision, ensuring that your horses are well cared for and treated as if they were our own. The entire facility is thoughtfully designed for convenience. The main stable block features a secure, heated tack room, a heated rug room, and a wash bay with hot running water, all with direct access to the training arenas, making training comfortable throughout the year. High-quality stabling is available in a purpose-built American barn that is bright and well-ventilated, with spacious stables, alongside several traditional outdoor stables. Each stable is equipped with automatic water drinkers and rubber matting, with bedding provided in white shavings.Our amenities include both indoor and outdoor arenas. The medium-sized indoor school is floodlit and has a fibresand surface with mirrors, ideal for training even on inclement days. The full-sized international outdoor arena measures 20m x 60m and features a sand and rubber surface. All horses have individual turnout in well-maintained paddocks, which vary in size up to three acres and are enclosed with post and rail fencing.
