Farley Hall Equestrian Centre is an exclusive livery yard situated on the Farley Estate, the residence of Viscount Bearsted. Here, both you and your horse will receive personalised attention. We do not impose additional fees for hay, bedding, electricity, solarium use, or hot water; lorry parking is complimentary, and you have minimal restrictions on facility usage—feel free to choose any trainer you prefer. Each client is treated as a unique individual, whether they wish to be hands-on with daily activities or prefer the yard to manage all aspects of their horse's care. Despite the luxurious atmosphere, there is a genuine passion for horses at Farley Equestrian, and every horse, whether a leisurely trail companion or a competitor at an international level, receives the same level of care and attention. A team of dedicated and knowledgeable grooms ensures your horse is looked after meticulously. The British Horse Society has recognised Farley Equestrian with a ‘Highly Commended’ status, acknowledging “the High Standards of Stable Management and Horse Care throughout your centre, which I’m confident will be a credit to the BHS Approval Scheme.” Farley Hall Equestrian Centre boasts exceptional facilities designed to provide top-tier equestrian care. Each horse is accommodated in a luxurious stable from Scotts of Thrapston. Amenities include wash bays with warm and cold water hoses, a two-horse solarium, an industrial washing machine, and a drying room. We offer ample storage for owners and take pride in maintaining excellent paddocks that are secure, well-kept, and clean. You may ride in either our 60x33m indoor arena or our 85x30m outdoor arena, both of which are rarely booked out (less than once a month) for clinics that you are encouraged to join. We can provide a complete set of show jumps, dressage boards, and mobile cross-country obstacles. Additionally, there is a lovely flat field for riding and access to 1750 acres of private estate for hacking. We also have a Monarch horse walker available. We are pleased to have international show jumping trainer Michael Lonsdale on-site, who also manages Farley Equestrian, alongside renowned trainers who visit weekly, such as List 1 judge Sue McMahon and Swedish U25 dressage bronze medallist Josefin Gyllensward. It is uncommon to have more than 2-3 riders in the arena at the same time, and you may often have it to yourself
