A beautiful private yard located on tranquil country lanes, just a short distance from the moors, featuring seven stables. The 8.5 acres are divided into individual turnout paddocks. We provide all-day turnout during the summer months and daily turnout in winter, weather permitting. For inclement days, there's a spacious sand turnout pen available. The area boasts excellent off-road riding with a variety of routes to explore. A newly constructed 30x50 sand and waxed fibre arena is floodlit and includes a small set of show jumps. The stables are light and airy, measuring 12x12 and fully matted. Ample storage space is available. The yard owner supplies hay, haylage, and straw, along with routine worming, veterinary, and farrier appointments as needed. On-site advice and lessons can be arranged, and external instructors are also welcome. The property is fully secured with CCTV and monitored around the clock, as the owner resides on-site, ensuring your horses receive the highest level of care. References from past and current liveries can be provided upon request, but a visit to the yard will clearly demonstrate how content all our horses are.
