Livery at Elms is about more than just excellent facilities. We provide a livery yard, a competition venue, and a riding school. At Elms Farm, we offer a range of livery packages, from part livery to full competition livery, catering to all your needs. Please be aware that we no longer provide DIY livery options. Our competitive rates include comprehensive access to our outstanding facilities. Each livery package features a spacious stable, individual or group turnout, and full use of our amenities, along with discounted rates for clinics, lessons, and competitions. With both indoor and outdoor arenas, a cross-country course, hot wash facilities, solariums, and extensive off-road hacking routes, Elms Farm delivers a premium livery experience alongside some of the finest facilities in the region. Our impressive amenities include a 70m x 50m international arena with a synthetic surface combining fibre, sand, and wax, a 25m x 65m mixed-surface dressage arena, and a 20m x 40m indoor arena. Additionally, we have a floodlit 40m x 40m arena, a cross-country course, and ample off-road riding opportunities. Non-ridden facilities include a hot wash box, a Drimee Solarium, restrooms, a kitchen, and 60 acres of grazing land. Our dedicated team consists of qualified and experienced professionals, including Yard Manager Tisha, who has been with us since the beginning. We pride ourselves on providing a friendly and committed team that is always willing to help. Elms Farm Equestrian Centre is conveniently located between Grantham, Newark, and Sleaford, with excellent access to the A1. All our arenas are available for hire, with reduced rates for regular users, those with multiple horses or booking multiple hours, and for clinics. Our venue can also be hired for competitions. Through Elms Farm Riding Academy, we offer lessons from a variety of fully qualified and experienced instructors on a range of horses and ponies suitable for all riders, including pony days, parties, and competitions.
