Each horse receives professional handling as if it were their own, and references can be provided upon request. The facility features a purpose-built layout with direct access from the stables to a spacious indoor arena measuring 55 by 35 feet, complete with a full set of show jumps. There are 24 Monarch stables, each 12 by 11 feet, equipped with rubber matting, automatic water supply, hay bars, and feeders. Additional amenities include a wash bay with hot shower, solarium, high-quality fodder and feed, and generous straw bedding (other bedding options are also offered). The yard boasts 40 acres of grazing land, with pathways to segregate different fields, such as those for mares and geldings. Regular clinics and extensive hacking opportunities are available. There is a kitchen, disabled toilet, and tack room conveniently located next to the stables, as well as an outdoor turnout area. Various livery packages are offered, including assisted, part, and full livery. Professional instructors conduct regular clinics, and the yard is equipped with CCTV for security, along with an electric gate entry system. Turnout and return times can be arranged to suit each owner’s needs. Viewings can be arranged by appointment.
