A livery yard situated in Balcombe, accessible via a private farm track in stunning countryside. It features ten undercover stables in a traditional style. There are two arenas: a 28×58 metre rubber/sand arena equipped with floodlights, and a 20×40 metre arena that also has floodlights and jumps. Excellent off-road riding is available around Ardingly Reservoir, alongside farm hacking routes. Horses can be turned out individually or in pairs year-round in well-maintained paddocks. The facility includes a secure tack room, a feed room, storage, and a toilet. The clientele ranges from dressage enthusiasts to leisurely riders, as well as retired horses and ponies for children. The cost is £49 per week.
