Dean Riding Stables is a charming, stone-built establishment, recognised by the BHS and ABRS+, situated in the tranquil hamlet of Dean within Exmoor National Park. We provide riding lessons suitable for all ages and skill levels, from young children to enthusiastic seniors, with advanced training available for more seasoned riders. Our diverse selection of horses and ponies caters to a wide range of preferences, and we offer a unique mix-and-match programme that combines instruction and guided rides for small groups of beginners and novices who wish to enjoy riding together. We particularly welcome those who may feel anxious or inexperienced. Our facilities include a 60m by 30m all-weather arena equipped with colourful show jumps, where our qualified instructors offer training and show jumping lessons for competitions. We provide modern riding hats and conduct progressive assessments in riding and stable management. We are open every day throughout the year.
