Crabbick Farm Livery Yard is a welcoming facility with on-site owners providing both Part (5/7) and Full livery services at competitive prices. Located on a tranquil lane near Denmead, the farm is a working establishment surrounded by stunning hacking routes. The stables consist of Lodden-style boxes equipped with automatic water supplies. Spanning 70 acres, the farm features secure post and rail fencing. Horses can be turned out in separate fields for mares and geldings, which are managed on a rotational basis, eliminating the need for mucking out as the owners undertake harrowing and topping as needed. There is also designated rotational turnout for stallions and colts in a secure area away from other horses. Facilities include an outdoor all-weather floodlit schooling arena (approximately 25x25m) and a 20x40m all-weather arena complete with a full set of show jumps, both of which are available for free use. An indoor school is currently under construction, and there will be a fee for its use upon completion. A Claydon 5-bay covered horse walker is also accessible at no additional cost. We are in the process of enhancing our cross country jumps. For an extra charge, users can access an indoor arena measuring 25m x 45m, a solarium, and a hot wash. The yard is secured by electric gates and is spacious and well-lit. On-site amenities include a toilet and a tea room, along with barn space for storing hay, bedding, feed, and equipment. Hay, haylage, straw, shavings, and wood pellets can be purchased from the yard at attractive rates. Parking for trailers or lorries is available.
