The property boasts direct access to an extensive network of bridle paths, along with options for flatwork and jumping training.We offer various packages: Full Livery (non-ridden) includes mucking out, daily skippings, turnout, leg washing upon bringing in, tack cleaning, grooming, rug changes, and assistance with farrier, vet, and physiotherapist visits. Full Livery Training allows for six days of riding, including training, hacking, and lunging. Our 7-Day Part Livery mirrors the full livery service but excludes riding, while still covering tack cleaning and grooming.Sales Livery offers the same services as the Training Livery, and Breaking Livery provides the same support as Training Livery as well.Our facilities feature American Barn-style stables equipped with rubber matting and water drinkers, a newly resurfaced floodlit outdoor arena measuring 40m x 70m with a complete set of show jumps, a horse walker, solarium, and wash bays. Lessons and training sessions are available from Shaun, and we have an International Show Jumper based on-site to accommodate all training and riding needs. The turnout areas are well-maintained, with options for stallion and young horse paddocks or pens if required. The yard is secure, with an alarmed tack room, electric gates, and CCTV.
