Four years ago, a custom-built equestrian livery and training yard was established, managed by Fiona Gair, a Grand Prix dressage rider and instructor. Nestled in 14 acres of picturesque West Wiltshire countryside just outside Warminster, the facility offers a variety of livery options, including Part and Full Livery, Sales, Training, and Competition livery. It features twelve well-designed stables, each equipped with rubber matting and flooring. Additional amenities include a spacious tack room and dedicated wash-down and tie-up areas. The paddocks provide year-round turnout, ensuring the safety of the horses with well-maintained Horse-Rail fencing. There is a professional-standard, international-sized arena measuring 60m by 20m, complete with a high-quality waxed surface, as well as a round pen. The surrounding area is ideal for both on and off-road hacking. Continuous supervision is provided, and there is ample parking for lorries and trailers with convenient access. With 30 years of experience managing and teaching at various competition yards, Fiona caters to riders of all levels, from grassroots to serious competitors, frequently hosting clinics in the region. She offers coaching and schooling, and regular training events are held at the yard. Our friendly environment prioritises training and progression, while fostering a supportive atmosphere where everyone can enjoy themselves.
