Nestled on a vast arable farm, it offers ample off-road riding and tranquil local lanes. It is conveniently located near several show centres, including Hickstead, Hascombe, Pyecombe, and Brendon Stud. Horses enjoy all-year turnout in small groups within newly fenced paddocks equipped with automatic water troughs. The facility features a sand school complete with a full set of jumps and mirrors. There are indoor stables that also include automatic water troughs, alongside tack rooms and parking for horseboxes or trailers. The owners reside on-site and conduct late-night checks.
