Alcott Farm Livery Yard offers comprehensive livery services in the picturesque region of north Worcestershire. As a family-operated establishment, we have proudly maintained this working livery for over four decades. Our facilities are exceptional, featuring spacious stables with year-round turnout in small groups. The stables comprise a combination of brick constructions facing our courtyard and various sized stalls within a large barn, all equipped with automatic drinkers. We provide three secure tack rooms and additional storage for your equestrian equipment in our ample loft area located in the barn. Within the barn, you will find a kitchen equipped with a microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, toilet, and facilities for making tea and coffee, along with two toilets situated inside the barn and one outside in the yard for your convenience. Our outdoor arena is full-sized, all-weather, and features floodlights and show jumps, complemented by an indoor horsewalker. We also have a cross-country course with jumps suitable for riders of all abilities. During the summer, we open our expansive fields for riding, including a particularly large 'hill' field. The area offers numerous quiet country lanes for hacking and access to various bridle paths, while also allowing for easy travel to Solihull Riding Club, Alvechurch Riding Club, and the motorway network. Secure lorry parking is available for your vehicle or trailer. The entire premises is monitored by recorded CCTV, and with our family living on-site, there is round-the-clock supervision. You are welcome to use your own farrier, vet, dentist, and other services, although we can recommend local providers if needed. We regularly host visiting instructors, and John Poole is available on-site, but you are free to bring your own instructor if you prefer.
