Advantage Dressage is a charming equestrian establishment dedicated to dressage and competition horses, providing exceptional care within a welcoming yet professional setting. Located near Elstead amidst the stunning Surrey Hills, we are conveniently situated just five minutes from the A3 and in close proximity to major road networks in the South. Our services include Full, Training, and Competition Livery, with the flexibility to customise packages to meet the specific needs of each owner. We take pride in recognising each horse as a unique individual, ensuring a relaxed and cheerful environment for both training and living. Our facilities feature spacious and bright stables equipped with rubber matting and automatic drinkers, a well-draining 20x60 all-weather arena complete with floodlights and training mirrors, year-round individual turnout, a secure alarmed tack room, and a day room with kitchen facilities and Wi-Fi. Additionally, we have a washbox with a hot shower and heat lamps, as well as direct access to an excellent network of extensive riding routes. Melissa Smith, who has competed internationally at Grand Prix level, is based at our yard and is an experienced coach to riders who have achieved Regional and National titles, as well as Para European medals. Gareth Bulley is responsible for the young horses, bringing them on with kindness and fostering their confidence; he is currently training at Prix St George and is a Novice National Champion.
