I have one or possibly two spaces available for part livery, either for five or seven days a week, at my yard located in Coolham, close to the Knepp Estate. The facility features a spacious indoor barn, automatic water supply, and year-round turnout, which is only limited in severe weather conditions. There is a 45 x 60 metre arena equipped with jumps, and direct hacking access from the yard without any roadwork involved. Additional amenities include a wash bay, tack room, electric gates, and CCTV for security. The owners reside on the premises, creating a tranquil and enjoyable environment with a supportive community. A trainer is also available on site, ensuring that all horses receive exceptional care and attention.
